Helloooooooooooo fellow Dis'ers!

I have a quick question about Citricos, does this restaurant offer a view of MK? I know that Narcosses does, and I couldve sworn I read somewhere that Citricos does as well but at a higher level. :3dglasses

anywho, any info would be greatly appreciated...thanks!

There are a few tables with a limited/obstructed view of the MK, but it's not a place you'd go "for the view". It's still arguably the best (or at least tied for best) restaurant on property, and worth eating at. It's closed on Monday and TUesday.

Right! Awesome!

I was just curious because I thought I saw a picture of some tables with a nice view of the castle. We're planning on eating at Narcosses but it might be replaced with Citricos. We already have Flying Fish Cafe for the night before. :3dglasses

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I had an AWESOME meal at Flying Fish in April. Can't wait to go back later this summer!
5 friends and I are having dinner at Citrico's - my first time ever dining there - in just 4 nights! :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsgirl:

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeee! :3dglasses

We are having dinner at Flying Fish next Thursday and dinner @ Citricos on Friday. With a lunch at the brewery in between. :p

We're also doing another round of the monorail drink-a-thon next friday, its going to be intense! I can't wait!

Citricos advertises that they have a "limited view of the fireworks." I was sitting in there about 2 weeks ago and was trying to figure out how one could see them. It must be a very limited view.

I've seen them from there once. We were at a window table in the rounded area in the back of the restaurant and I had a limited view.

They really shouldn't advertise a fireworks view--although I'm wondering, are *they* saying it, or did you read it in someone's post?

I've done the monorail drink-a-thon. All I can say is...thank god for the monorail!

Have fun, Ahhhh! I can't wait to hear your review of FF!

DH and I ate at Citricos about 2 years ago and it was one of our best meals ever on WDW property! we were not expecting any view of MK, but we were there during the fireworks, and had a table in the center of the room, and could definitely catch glimpses. Since we were not expecting it, we were thrilled!

We are planning on Citrico's in September and it'll be our first time. I'm really looking forward to dining there.

Ha! Lets just hope we can finish our first review! :3dglasses

Im not really interested in a view of the fireworks, I just wanted some nice scenery for our meal. :)

I can't remember specifically where I saw it, but it was on something printed by Disney. It might have been on something within the Grand Floridian itself, it might have been on the menu posted outside. I can't remember, but I was mildly surprised when I read it but I do know that I was on my trip when I read it and not before I left.

Wow Christine! I agree, they probably shouldn't be advertising a fireworks veiw there. I'd hate to have it end up overrun with looky loos like the CG ended up being. :(

It is a limited view, but the food is excellent. We eat there at tleat twice every trip.....great food and service.

I would avoid Narcoosees at all costs. It used to be wonderful, but the past few years, well .....it sucks. It is a high priced Red Lobster with terrible service. We walked out of there 2 years ago and never went back. I was very disappointed too. I remember when that restaurant was great.

If you want a combo of great fireworks view and great food, I would recommend the California Grill.

WOW! I thought I'd never find another person who thought the service at Narcooses was horrid. We tried it several times and it kept getting worse. Won't go back now.

Well, they were very careful to say "limited." That's why it sticks out in my mind. Just thought the whole thing was odd.

Meanwhile, I had a spectacular view of the MK fireworks for the top level of the Shades of Green parking garage.
