Quick Birthday Trip at the Magic Kingdom!!!

Thanks!!! I'll keep them for a while!!! LOL I sent DSM a long email this morning...I bought this, we still need this, etc. It's funny!!! But, she likes it as much as I do!

DSM and DAD want to come down that sunday night to get a head start on the 18th getting over there....so I said fine, BUT I got MA coming over for dinner the night of the 17th, she wants steak since she's gotten her new teeth, she hasn't had any, and of course I told her Chris makes EXCELLENT steak. SO, had to tweak it a little without pushing Ma away, that's the LAST thing I wanna do at this point, is push ma away again, so she's got a plan to go to a church that sunday that my grandmother, her mother went to forever, my mom and dad got married in that church, anyways, they're clebrating their 125th anniversary for the church, and ma feels compelled to go. Which is fine. The church is on the way to my house, so I told her to come down after, and we'll have an early steak dinner....so she was game for that, since she'll have to work Monday. So, good thinking on my part has allowed everyone to get what they want!! Tyler will get his birthday money from grandma before disney, Dad and DSM will be able to stay the night, Ma will get her steak, and by bedtime, I'll be exhausted!!! UG....but, love how everyone gets a spot in our little world LOL Now, executing the plan is another thing!!!!

Advancement list is out for May, ZERO GMC's for May...GRRRR May is usually slim pickins, and June is always big, so....another month we wait!! UG!!! I'm tired of waiting!! After we get back from Disney, we'll start looking for the June list!

On another note, the 2 buds from my rose bush are starting to open up and bloom, so it's doing good. The climber still looks the same, and seeds aren't sprouting yet. I think this weekend we're gonna go to the Enchanted forest here, so I'll take some pictures there too. Something to pass the time, right? LOL 25 more days!!!!

So, I had an idea in the shower this morning....all good ideas come when I'm in the shower LOL So, we really just need to go to MK to take the pictures we need, and for the ADR, we JUST did MK in January, so I was gonna look into adding the hopper option, wonder how much they want to add it to my parent's one day ticket? LOL Then go over to Epcot for the rest of the day. The parents haven't been there, they've been wanting to go alone, so we can all split up if they wanna, but they'll never get over there on their own LOL So, this would be nice surprise for them, eat in the morning, then run around like a mad woman taking pictures of what we need, then going to epcot around lunchtime. I think that'll work!!! LOL And the parents will like that I'm sure. What do ya'll think? We were wanting to add the hopper to our tickets anyways...So I don't know, maybe it'll be too much? Hopefully I can activate Tina and Ma's tickets in next month too. I'm gonna try at least. I'll put that in my TR when I get to do it. Tell me what ya'll think.

I think adding park hopper is a good idea if it's not too much. I"m adding it for one day only also. I hate to add it for one day but I don't want to miss the DIS meet so it is a must. What days are you going to be at WDW and which parks are you thinking of hitting which days if you add the hopper. Just curious if our paths are going to cross...Hope you have a great weekend!

We're only gonna be in the parks on May 19th, starting out in MK, then possibly moving to epcot around lunch time. If it's feesable, I think the cost is about $25 per ticket!! HOLY CRAP!!! But, don't want to get bored with MK either....so I don't know, once we go get the tickets, I'll decide!! LOL

That's the truth, still not sure if we're gonna do it, depends on actual price and finances at the time we buy tickets. I'll get a refund from dad for his tickets, but it's a hard thing to swallow at one time, especially since we'll have to get the september tickets at the same time. Actually, we're using one day off of those, so Tyler can get the gift card. I was gonna get him in free, but what the hey, right?

I registered DH last night so that he can get his gift card. I have it printed out and with the rest of our paperwork. I'm sure I can help him spend that $75!

So, today we went to a place here called Enchanted forest, it's a wooded area with trails for preservation, etc. Pretty neat. So, I took some pics...

That's not all of them, but enough. It's a GEORGOUS day today!! I envy everyone at WDW right now, not too much humidity, mid 80's, and breezy..very nice!!! Enjoy!!

Great pics! Looks like a neat place to visit. I think the sign you took a pic of is too cute. My family would enjoy a trip to a place like this. We go to the national parks and lodges around here in the summer for the same type of thing.

Thanks!! It's nothing extravagant, it's just nice to go see the wildlife every once in a while!! We did see a snake, which was pretty cool!!! And LOTS of spiders, I HATE SPIDERS!!!! LOL

So, reported to jury duty today, got assigned the "boring" judge, the one that does the small stuff, DUI's, and minor offenses, so all his cases dissmissed this morning, so to work I went!! Gotta call in all week, but I think this is gonna be a non issue for this. Which is fine by me!!

So, had a dream last night, Disney wise. I take sleeping pills so I usually don't remember my dreams, but this one was weird!!!

We get to Disney, and they put us in another resort, not the cabin. I *think* it was the Poly, cause it had alot of flowers. Dad and DSM couldn't get to us until Monday night, and we had to sneak our little dog into the room with us. We were late to our dinner ADR, and the dog just peed on the floor!! So, what the world was that about?? Weird, I know. I think my mind wants things to go so smoothly, and I'm afraid of any changes at this point. We have 21 more days, and I'm ready to go NOW!! I think I'll finish up getting stuff on my "to buy" list this weekend, and start putting things more agressivly in the suitcase!! So, 3 weeks from today, and I'll be at a cabin, soaking it up!! WOOHOO!!!

That was a weird dream. I don't remember my dreams when I take my sleeping pill either. I usually only take it 2 nights a week. The nights before I have to work, and I work 3 12s a week and only 2 in a row. And then I only take a half. I took a whole pill Friday night and I don't even remember going to bed . What are you gonna do with your furry babies when you are at Disney?

I am just so excited that my blonde-redheaded self found your PTR .

Yep, weird dream....I was telling Chris this morning about it, and he laughed at me. We got a neighbor that we trust that we're gonna have watch the fur babies....the cat is fine, self cleaning....he's got an auto feeder and stuff, it's the big dog we gotta worry about. We crate her, so I might leave her out, but I'll have to put up any shoes and stuff, cause she's got a shoe fetish!!

Thanks for the eyes comment too, that's the ONE thing of me I wanted Tyler to have, since I got my eyes from my dad. I hope I can get better pics of me and dad this year, Chris will be with us so I'm sure he'll take some good ones, plus we'll have the photopass. Hopefully I can get some good ones of Sandy AND dad, even tho that one of them in the restaurant is a good one! Ah well, Glad ya found me....better late then never, right?? LOL I'll get Chris to work on that link later

Thanks, I guess they really do come out in those pictures, I swear my dads are the SAME color!!!! Not sure if you can tell from his picture....but that's where I get them from! I SOOOOO wanted Tyler to have my eyes, which he got, and I'm happy. He is all legs and arms, so when you guys see him, we do feed him, really we do!! Chris has been eating SOOOO much more since he quit smoking....I gotta get that guy some fruit, he keeps eating the oreos!!!!!

OMG, I was rolling when I read all this!!!! Too funny, maybe I will hide the cookies in the laundry room!! We'll get some fruit this weekend.

I gotta be into Jury Duty at 10 am this morning, So, I came into work, normal time. This is really starting to suck juggling these 2 things around!! But, the stars have *hopefully* Aligned and looks like we won't need to do our yard sale for the "extras" for this trip, AND I can get caught up on EVERYTHING!!! Which will be nice! Hopefully I can make my mom mad and buy her something for mother's day too....she told me she didn't want anything, just for us to plant trees! SHE'S even making dinner!! So, this weekend, hopefully finish up some shopping, gotta make sure I get our ear plugs for dad's snoring and just a few other things for the cabin. So, almost ready, 20 days from today...I can't wait!!! Another couple of days and we can all say we're going "THIS MONTH"!!! That'll have a nice ring to it!
