If you do the reserved Fantasmic seats for the first show, you will be able to stay and watch the fireworks there as well.

I LOVE DL in Oct.! But, it is very crowded because of Haunted Mansion Holiday and all of the fall fun. DLR seems to be crowded all the time anymore.
Don't worry about having 3 people, I go with 5 all the time. Just have fun and eat some pumpkin fudge!

Sorry, guys, I have one more question. Hopefully someone will see this. Is the Aladdin show year-round? I keep hearing about it, and I know my family would enjoy it, but I'm not sure if it'll be playing. I thought I read somewhere it goes down during the slow season. ):

It is year round. But they recast the show every so often. Usually they recast in the fall every few years. When they do that it goes dark for a month or two.

Just wanted to add that we went the first week of October last year and there were fireworks and the park stayed open until 12 on a THURSDAY. So you don't always need a weekend to see the fireworks/F! in October.

iirc, when DCA has the ToT party DL stays open later to appease some of the guests that don't have ToT party tickets.

oct is a great time to go...we love it in Oct.
