Questions about the VIP tours.

I was just looking into planning for our October trip, and I saw the option for the VIP tour of one or both parks. Adding this for 4 would add $400-500 onto the cost of the trip (about 22% of the total, based on AAA-quoted rates).

Can anyone tell me if this tour is worth the extra dough? The single-park tour is about $106/person for 5 hours, while the 2-park tour is about $135 for 6 hours. Doing both parks with just one extra hour seems kinda tight, and I'm thinking we'd be better off doing just one park we really like.

Also, do these tours get filled up fast, or could I wait and decide closer to the trip?

Depends on your day planning and what you plan to see overall. If you're going to do HHN, do the tour, in case you are going to HHN on a weekend night...DO THE TOUR.

Huge lines happen. Depending on when you're there, weekday/weekend, you will have a crowd or not have a crowd.

October is a really busy month for the parks, just keep that in mind.

Any tour questions...feel free to call them at 407-363-8295.
