Sorry having problems with voice over, I know this is on here somewhere but is easier to just ask since I can not hear it.

We are going in sept to SoG, me50, dd 22, gdd7 and exdh 65, for 10 days. Plus two service dogs.

Question, since we have a long trip, and since being blind I can not drive, has anyone done ME and gone to like pop for the first and last night so you can get ME? How did it work out for you? Any problems bringing luggage onto bus and transferring to poly and then walking to SoG, we have walked it many times and know it is an easy walk, but is it difficult on bus, remember we have to service dogs also?

Second question, we want the 10 day, park hopper, and water fun tickets for $366 for military, can you buy them online, or do you have to go to SoG to get them?

Regarding SOG tickets, you have to buy them in person and show an I.D.

I can not comment on the other parts of your question.

Hopefully someone will join us in this conversation.

You will not be allowed to take your luggage on the bus but you could pay for 1 taxi with a person and the bags and then the rest of you take the bus. Your other choice is to just pay for a airport transfer company and not move resorts. The other place you can get some of the military tickets (which ones depend on the base) is at the MWR office at your local base.

Is magic express the only reason you wish to stay at POP at the beginning and end of your trip? If so, I would really just suggest you take a taxi from the airport. Or can another adult in your family rent a car from the airport? I am pretty sure SOG has a rental agency desk, so you may be able to only rent a car at the beginning and end of your trip, if you did not want it the entire 10 days. Actually, I just checked SOG's site and they now have a link to a airport shuttle service, for an additional charge. I would suggest that you call SOG and talk to someone there. Explain your circumstances, traveling with service dogs, etc... and I would think they would have some more feasible options to help you. If there are other reasons you want to stay at POP, then I'm afraid the PP is correct, that luggage is not allowed on the buses, and you'll have to get a taxi for those transfer trips. I do hope you have a wonderful stay. SOG is a very nice resort, the rooms are wonderfully spacious! We stayed there for our first trip, and will likely return at some point!!

Edited to add-- for tickets, you also have the option to buy them at any ticket office on a military installation.
