We just became members last month, so I am new to all of this. I have several questions about renting and transferring points.Please forgive my ignorance, especially if these questions have been asked before.
How does transferring points work? I understand that the points would go into another members account, but does your use year play into this? Do the points still expire with the originating members use year, or the account they were transferred into? Or does it matter? I only assume it matters because there is a fixed amount of points available at each resort throughout the year.
Also, does your home resort play into this as well? Do the points "change homes", so to speak, when they go to a member with a differnt home resort? Or can transfers only occur between members of the same "homes"?
Am I just confusing something thats relatively straightforward?
