Questions about Kindle

Your battery only lasts a few days? Mine lasts a few weeks between charges.

Yeah, I have a DS and often have the wireless on because I buy books everyday or do stuff online. If I wanted it to last longer, I could turn off the wireless. I read everyday, sometimes for several hours at night if the house is quiet.

A Nook owner here..

I looked at both and really wanted a Kindle Touch.. but as of today kindle only comes with lots of buttons. Nook is a touch screen.. so i went with a Nook..

I would be resistant to a touch screen for an ereader. Constant fingerprints on the screen. I hate that about my cell phone. I couldn't imagine reading a book that way.

The way the touch screen works, finger prints are not a problem. I have an anti-glare screen protector and finger prints don't show up. It's really nice. The touch "spot" to turn the pages is right along the side of the reader so that helps too. I LOVE my Nook Color!!!
