Questions about Disneyland Priority Pass

Can anyone help me with some questions regarding the Priority Pass? We are going to Disneyland Paris for the first time this summer and my daughter has Down syndrome. How does the Disneyland Paris Priority Pass compare to the DAS at Disney World? Do you get a return time for each ride? It sounds like it is a card vs digital like the DAS pass. I am reading that the Priority Pass is good for the person with the disability and 1 other person. We are a family of 5. What will the other 3 people need to get in order to coordinate times? Is there a lightning lane equivalent?

We are going for the first time in September, so I've been researching this also. So, partially responding to follow to see other's responses.

I learned in my research that the Priority Pass is different from Lightening Lane in the fact that you can just walk up (no reservations). This is attractive to us because we can take our time in the park and ride rides basically in order. I'm leaning toward buying it for the 1 full-day we'll be there so that we can see as much as we can. It's not WDW....we won't be going back anytime soon so may be worth the price.
