Ughhh...That's why planning the first trip to WDW is so tough for newbies...just when ya think you've got it all figured out, someone throws a kink in the plan 
I guess I should've checked the opening time sooner. 
I don't know why I thought it opened at 9. At least it doesn't change the plans THAT much...
OK...The NEW plan: get to DQ at 11.play a few games.... abandon.....umm...I mean...leave the kids in DQ's capable hands around 2....have a leisurely lunch at Cheesecake factory...check in on the kids.....leave DQ again around 5pm...poke around DTD until around 9 pm....go BACK to DQ and spend the next 2 hours trying to drag our sons out of there......
