Questions about Boardwalk Inn

We are staying there for the first time this weekend!

1. Are there refrigerators in the Standard View rooms?
2. Can adults use the clown water slide? Or is it only for children?
3. Should I ask for a specific floor/section to get a nice view in our Standard View room?

Yes! I love that slide! Of course you might feel a little *tall* when you are waiting your turn with all the kids around!

1. Yes, there are refrigerators in all the BWI rooms.
3. IMO, the 'best' standard view room to request is "upper floor overlooking the rose courtyard". A room in this location will also very often have a great view of Illuminations at night.

YES, YES, YES The slide can be used by adults!!! My husband got dragged down it numerous times by a group of kids the last time we were there! He had the best time!!! Now he can't wait until we have a child of our own so he can take them!

1.There are refrigerators in all the mods and deluxes now - no charge.

2.Of course you can go down the clowny slide! I have been down it myself many, many times! There were lots of adults going on it. It is a pretty good slide for a resort.

3.Ask for a high floor facing the garden. Another poster already said that you may be able to see some of the fireworks. Even on a lower floor, this is the standard view you want. It is so pretty to look out into the courtyard area.
