We will be in MK on April 7th, which Touring Plans predicts will be a 7 crowd wise. So I am looking at FP+ availability for today, which is also predicted to be a 7. It says that there is still FP+ available for many rides and shows. For instance, this evening you can still get Buzz, BTMR, Haunted Mansion, IASW, etc - all within a half hour from now. All three of our FP+ will be used by 11:30 AM, so I am trying to figure out what the possibilities might be for 4th and further FP+. Is there any fault in my logic in comparing similar days to try to figure out what might be available?
We haven't been to WDW since FP+ came out, and I am trying to plan for it.
Also - I understand that you have to make further FP+ at a kiosk and I thought I saw somewhere that some kiosks are less crowded but I can't find a list now. Is it still true that the kiosk lines can get really long? Or was that only back when FP+ started? We will be there on a very busy day, but we have older people and a young child in our party so it may be worth it to us for my DH or I to wait in line for the FP+ rather than having the whole group wait in line for the attraction. They could take a break together if the kiosk line is long.
Finally, are the fastpass lines the same as they were before ? Our last trip was 2013 and at that time you pretty much walked on w/fastpass. I thought I'd read that initially FP+ lines were longer, but my Touring Plans plan has just a few minutes listed for my FP attractions so I am thinking maybe they've worked the kinks out?
