I just booked a reservation from Dec 18, 2004 until Dec. 26, 2004
8 nites full hookup , 3 adults and 1 dog. Reservation agent sounded new ( was on the phone quite sometime ). She quoted me a price of 52.40 a nite (including tax). This sounds good to me but on the wdw site the campsites appear to be more, should I be concerned. I don't want any problems when checking in.Thank you.

That is a nice rate! You may get a confirmation sheet--I do about half the time. You can go to the disneyworld.com site and put in your confirmation number and it will show what your reservation is for and you can double-check it that way. If the website shows what you asked for then don't worry.

Have fun planning--you'll have a great trip!

Does sound like a good rate...think that's about what we are paying in August with a AAA discount..and being value season. We are two adults and two juniors. If I had to guess...they aren't charging you for the 3rd adult or the pooch. Because when we initially booked ours was more..and when I questioned it they assumed(because of a prior reservation) that there were 5 people in are our party instead of 4 and were charging us for 5. I had mentioned the 5th person wouldn't be comming and the rate dropped. Sounds good though...as long as you have a confirmation ..I'd go with it! Enjoy your trip.

The price is going to depend on what type site you booked. With your check in date of December 18 you are in the "Pre Holiday" rate.

The rack for Pre Holiday is:

Partial Hook-Up Site $40

Full Hook-Up Site $45

Preferred Site $53

You can eliminate partial hook up pricing because there are no partial pet sites. So, a full hook up site with taxes may be around $52.40 or a preferred without taxes is right there also.

Remember, they do not usually quote the additional $5 per day pet fee, that will be added when you get there.

Yes, 52.40 is what I was quoted...I'm sure she didn't include pet fee or the extra adult charge...thanks...we are still kind of debating on going , I bet the parks are going to be jam packed. Never been at christmas time before.

If you want my opinion, go. It usually is not that jam packed and it's nice to have cooler weather and all the decorations.
