Question switching package to 2014?

I am currently booked for the end of October with free dining pin
We might have to postpone the trip till the beginning of next year, not sure yet
Any ways when 2014 rates come out am I able to switch to a package for 2014 instead of cancelling and losing my trip insurance?
I realize we will lose the free dining
