Question re: webcast litho

Just received the litho for watching the latest DVC webcast - it's cute. Just wondering if anyone knows who the artist might be? I know Ducky Williams does a lot of promotional artwork for Disney (and, according to what he told us on our cruise, a lot of "throwaway advertising"). He also did the cover artwork on some of the Disney Files magazines.

Just thought someone might know...
