Question re: Picture Frame of Belle in the Library

Someone asked me if I knew anything about this item, and I don't. Can someone else help?

It's a picture frame that features a sculptured Belle at the library wall. I would presume it is resin, somewhat recent, possibly sold at TDS or the parks... There was one on eBay that went off today, #1015057108. Any info would be appreciated. If you have one for sale, I would pass that message along as well.

Very nice... It almost looks like a WDCC piece or Hallmark. I have never seen one in the Disney Store.

My daughter Kristina. She's 20 and she doesn't have this piece which tells me that it must be older. She has made sure that I know about every single Belle piece there was. She scoured the Disney Store during every trip to the mall and left the Disney Catalog where I could see it with pages marked "Krissie, Christmas List"

Since the movie was released on video the merchandise has all come in that bright yellow box with blue letters. This box pre-dates that period. The movie came out in 1991......so my best guess is somewhere around that time period.
