question re making shirts.. help please!

Hi.. I am new to this section of disboards.. but oh my! It looks so cool and so neat!

How does this work? how do you get the iron on ??? Sorry to sound so silly.. but I don't have a clue..

I would love to find my daughter a shirt that says I am a disney pin trader... something cute like that.. we are going to the pin event in June and that would be so cute! Any ideas...
