Question on Purchase Process Through Disney

Hi all,

We've stepped off the precipice and have decided to go ahead with a BLT purchase through Disney. I wanted to have some idea what the process is going to be like going forward.

We are looking at a 300 point purchase. We talked with our guide, and she says it's no problem to break it up into multiple contracts so long as one is 160 points. We're thinking about 160, 60, 40 & 40, assuming we can do 4, as we only talked with her about three.

So, what happens after I call my guide and tell her we're a go?

Actually I'm pretty sure once you say you are ready, you can start booking once you give your downpayment. That's what happened to us anyway. The papers were a week later. It's magical and put smiles on our faces the day the fedex arrived.
