Question on how to address defective merchandise bought in WDW???

Does anyone know how I can either send or email someone on how to get a replacement for my favorite WDW 2004 fireworks coffee mug????. The handle is seperating from the base. It appears to be a manufacturing defect. I tried to address the problem online, with no help. Any thoughts would be appreciated--I collect mugs every trip--and this one is great but I think they made the cup too large and the handle too large--if that makes sense...

If you still have your receipt, there is a 1-800 number on it for WDW merchandising. I'd call them for help.

I was down at Disney World in October and a plastic mug that I used like twice broke. I was able to return it at my local Disney store and they called down to WDW to have a new one shipped.

I don't know the merchandise number but that sounds like another viable option.
 
I emailed them (not sure of the address, but I think I got it off of the Disney World website) about enamel that had fallen out of an Italian charm. I didnt have my receipt and it was almost 3 months after I bought it, but they never questioned me. They did ask for a description, where I bought it or saw it. I emailed them a photo and within a few weeks I received a new one.

Thanks all!!! I just got an email that they'll be sending me a refund, as the item is no longer in stock (oh, I would of really liked a replacement--I love my Disney mugs!!!!). I'll just have to get another or two, our next trip!!!!

We bought a wooden frame the last trip to WDW. It was in a box and we didn't bother to open it while we were there. Well, when we got home and eventually took it out of the box it was scatched pretty bad. We called the 800 # and they send a replacement FedEx. We asked if they wanted us the send the damaged one back and they said no need. Thats what I call real customer service.
