question on changing resorts at the 7 month window

as of now we have the poly (home resort ) booked from Jan 27 feb 3 2022

the window is opening soon to change

my question is what happens if we decided or no availability at the new resort for those exact dates and in order to change I need to move the dates up a few days

so in order to make a change instead of 1-27 arrive I have to change to 1-30 arrive does that mean I have to wait until the 30th to change since that would be exactly 7 months or since my orginal date is 1-27 I can change on that day

Your arrival must be 7 months out or less if you are booking a non-home resort. So if nothing is available for 1/27/2022 at another resort but 1/30/2022 is open, you will have to wait until 6/30/2021 to make the change.
