Question on ADR logistics

I have a question about making ADR's for a trip that is longer than ten days. I know that I can call 90 days in advance of my check-in date and make ADR's for up to ten days of my trip. When can I make ADR's for the 11th day, etc. ? Can I call the day after my 90 day mark and make ressies for the 11th day, then call the day after for the 12th? If that's not allowed, what is the procedure for making ADR's at the end of my stay?

Our experience last year was you could make your entire trip's ADR's when you are 90 days from check-in.

After 10 days, you will have to call back 90 days from each day.

Does that make sense?

So for the end of the trip there is no advantage to staying onsite ADR-wise? You would just be eligible to make ADR's for the last few days when ADR's open to the General Public?

That doesn't make sense to me either. There has to be an advantage. Maybe you'd have to call everyday for the +10? On your first day you call you get to make the first 10 days, then call back the next day for day 11 of your trip, etc...

But since I've never done a trip more than 8 days, I don't know for sure.

The only advice I can give is to call 407-WDW-DINE and get your answer from Disney to find out for sure. Have a great trip.:goodvibes

Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way.

I didn't think your response was correct. My reasoning being why would guests get to make reservations for +10, and then have to wait exactly 90 days out for days 11-14. People arriving up to 10 days after you would book those days before you. That doesn't make any sense.

So I just called 407-WDW-DINE, to ask Disney.

And surprize, I was told that it works exactly like I thought it would.

The CSR Maria explained the following. From 90 days out from your arrival day, you can book up to 10 days in advance. For day 11, I would have to call the next day, for day 12 the day after that. She actually apologized that I would be inconvenienced in this manner.

So I think I'm going with Disney on this one.

You're right. I misread your first response.

Thanks for calling Disney for me. I guess I should have just done that, but, I find that people here always seem to know the answers. My trip isn't until August, but I'm trying to lose a few pounds and am dreaming of food. I plan ADR's in my sleep!

This is great! I was wondering the exact same thing, and I couldn't figure out how to word my question without it being too confusing.

Thank you so much for asking the question and thank you to the posters who answered it! :goodvibes

Not a problem. You had a great question and I wanted to know the answer. It was kind of like a trivia question you have to call a friend to find out because it would bug you all day. :goodvibes

I hope someday I have the occasion to need to make ADR's for more than 10 days!

We're going in August too.
