Question on added feature to my package

I'm not sure if this is the correct thread, pls move if not. I have previously posted about serious IMHO problems a CM made with my reservation, twice. Well, I just spoke with Audra who was extremely helpful and accomodating. We were able to resolve my problems to our mutual satisfaction. I did have her fax me a confirmation showing the problems were resolve and it was paid for. Well, on the confirmation (which appears to be an internal one as I've never seen one like this) it states that we are getting One Planet Hollywood Meal Voucher (One per package) and one Planet Hollywood Merchandise Voucher (one per package).

Does anyone know what these are and whether they are added due to my problems or did that CM who booked my problem reservation somehow add these to my reservations? They never appeared on my reservation at the Disney website.

I noticed these new features listed in the new AAA booklet I picked up last week that lists all the packages and options.
