When you have to separate into groups of 2 for rides who has to ride alone?
I'm guessing it will mostly be my DH. Because he will insist I ride with the kids. I guess I'm bumming because I'll miss out on sitting with him on the ride. If I could squeeze all 3 kids in one seat we'd be ok. But I have 13, 10 and 7 yr olds, so I doubt they'll fit.
Just something I'm wondering about.
Anyone have any thoughts?

PS i know I shouldn't stress about the small stuff - we will be in Disney after all

Switch off. Have the 13 and 10 years old ride together sometimes. You won't be able to sit 4 in a seat on some of the rides so you will have to split up anyways sometimes. The three kids would fit together in a lot of the rides so you and DH could be together. :)

DH. The girls will ride together on some rides and ds always wants to ride with me so its DH that rides alone.

Well, you could let DS run the trip, or you could set up a plan - rotate who rides with whom. Tell the kiddos that you'd like to ride with DH. I'm sure they'd understand...

We all take turns. I have found that sometimes one of the kids will even request to sit by themselves. :sunny:

We have two DD's 13 & 9 and one DS 5. The girls never want to sit by themselves so they usually ride together. My DS switches riding with me or DH. Lots of rides seat more than two people. If its an outside ride (dumbo, magic carpets) I'll stay off and video it.

I'm only Pregnant with #3 right now, but for a long time it was me and my two older sisters (and we went to WDW every year). We simply switched off. Most the time I did ride with someone, as I was the youngest and there was a bit of an age gap between my sisters and me--so no one ever wanted me left out.

On some rides my 10yo DD rides with my 7yo DD and I ride with my 3 1/2 yo DD and my DH rides by himself. If three can fit it is the two older ones with my DH and the youngest and myself. You will get it worked out.

Have fun!! :wave2:

My 13 year old and 16 year old and 6 year old can all fit together for Splash and Thunder Mt. Squeezing in most of the time works.
