Question for INGLESINA STROLLER Owners...

Hi there -

I have a chance to get a great deal on an INGLESINA STROLLER and I was hoping you guys could tell me what you think of them

My choices are between the INGLESINA SWIFT and the INGLESINA ACE.

Can you please tell me what your likes/dislikes are.

We currently have a Combi Savvy but need a stroller that has swivel wheels and preferably one that reclines further than the Combi does (either full recline or 25% recline). Our DS will be 2. We want it to be lightweight and easy to fold up. The fact that we may not get into the basket when the stroller is reclined does not bother us.

I don't own one; but I looked at them as I got ready to make a stroller purchase for ds #2 (arriving in June). I loved the strollers; but the big turn off for me was the 35 pound weight limit. I know you can use them past the weight limit; but sometimes they get hard to push as the child nears the weight limit. I decided to go with another Maclaren. We got the Global Buggy (last years model at a great price!), which does fully recline. All wheels swivel, and I think it's just about the easiest stroller I've ever folded. Ds #1 has a Maclaren Vogue. It does not fully recline, but it reclines far enough that he can comfortably catch a nap in it--or at least he could until he was 45 lbs and 46 inches tall! He can still sleep in it--I just don't know how comfortable he is!

There is another brand of stroller, Kidco that appears to be very similar to Maclaren feature wise at a fraction of the cost. A friend of mine just got one, and feature wise it is almost identical to my Maclaren.

Sorry I can't help you with this particular stroller, but it has most of the same features as my Maclaren and I love it!
