Question adding a day at the beginning?

Never had to do this before. We already had our week set at the 11 month window for OKW in November. Finding flights has been terrible but we finally found a decent flight that gets us in a day earlier than expected. If I make a reservation for the arrival day will I have to cancel the old one to add the new day or will MS be able to just add it to my reservation if there is availabiltiy? It would be great if they could just add it but we'll do whatever we have to do to not have my original reservation cancelled.

If the one day reservation is for the exact same booking category as the original, then MS can combine them into one reservation. No need to cancel anything.

Just book the additional nights reservation, same resort, room size, and category, online.

Then send MS a contact form via the member website, instructing them to merge the reservations, At the same time you can add your room requests if any.

I agree with the other info but will add a couple of caveat's. One, if you have HH booking category, you may find it tough matching what you have already. Also, while Carol and Bill said this, I'll emphasize that it has to be the exact unit type. For example, if it's a 2 BR one can't be L/O and one dedicated.

Thanks, we're staying at OKW and through the room availability tool it looks like both our rooms types are available that extra night before our original reservation begins. I like to talk with MS as opposed to doing it online so I'll call first thing on Monday.

And if for some reason the exact same is not available we'll live with having to move if that's what we have to do. Just hope we can make it easy.
