question about travel times

How long is the shuttle from WDW to the Orlando airport? We are looking at a flight that leaves at 10:40am and wondering if it will be possible to make it to the airport on time? The family we are traveling with thinks they took this flight the last time they went. Between the 3 families there are 7 children. The only other option is leaving at 1:30pm and is not a non-stop flight and it will cost a little more.

Which shuttle? If you mean Mears, plan on up to 2 hours. If you mean a car service, it's direct, and generally no more than 35 minutes.

We used Tiffany Towncar last Aug. --2 families = 8 of us. Our flight was leaving MCO at 6:20pm and Tiffany picked us up at the Dolphin at 4:00 pm. They get you there in plenty of time to navigate security checks and check in for your flight. They dropped us off curbside (Delta) where we checked in our luggage. It took us a bit longer to get through security at MCO than it did leaving Boston to Orlando.

You should have no problem! They are used to getting people to the airport at any time there are flights. I'd guess they'd pick you up somewhere around 8 AM. Maybe 8:30?

With Mears your pick up would have to be much earlier because they make a lot of other stops. A car service is a much better choice for your group!
