Question about Transferring Points

I know I can only transfer points to a member one time per year use year. But what about if I am the buyer. Can I only receive transferred points one time per use year? If I do receive transferred points, am I still eligible to purchase one time use points if the transfer didn't cover all the points needed?

You can transfer once in or out not both per UY.

The paid for points from Disney don't count towards that total.
