Question about the pools

If we stay at Cabana Bay can we swim at the Hard Rock? What about using their water taxes? Is the proximity of the hotels close enough to walk? Thanks!!

You can use any pool when staying at Universal.

Anyone can use the water taxis.

You can walk to each hotel but water taxis are easier.
