Question about the dining plan

We are going in June, staying in the All-Star suites. It will be myself, dh and three kids plus my two brothers. We are paying for their hotel and tickets but not food. Is it possible to only buy the dining plan for 4 of us(my youngest will only be two) and not include my two brothers?

No, all guests in the room must have the same package, so the DDP must be purchased for everyone (age 3 and up).
