Question about the 7 month window??

Hi..I am new to the board..but want to thank everyone in advance for the GREAT info. It has all been so helpful! I am trying to rent points at WLV for the end of January 05, but don't understand the 7 month reservation policy that folks talk about. Am I going to have trouble getting a ressie at that time of year...thought it was "off-season"

The person you would be renting from would have to be a member of WLV to get the room before 7 months after that any member of DVC can get the room. You should not have a problem getting some room at DVC to rent the last week of Jan but it just may not be at WLV. WLV is a very small resort, not many rooms available.
