On our last trip we moved from the Poly to BCV. When we were ready to leave the Poly we called bell services and told them we would be moving to BCV. They sent a bell hop who confirmed that the luggage would be transferred to BCV and gave us the claim ticket. We took a taxi to BCV and checked in and then headed to Epcot for the day. When we were able to get into our room that night we called BCV bell services and they brought our luggage right up. I believe the Poly bellman said that it would be at least 4:00 before the luggage would be available, but that wasn't a problem for us since we were in the park all day. Hope that helps!
