Question about POP

I looked through most of the pages in the POP thread, but I can't find my answers.

I was curious where the non-smoking rooms are in POP? Are there any buildings that are 100% non-smoking or is it just certain floors?

My son has bad asthma & it is very important we get in a non-smoking room or he will be miserable.
BTW--do I just call CRO & have them put it down on as a request?
Do I need a doctor's note to make sure we do indeed get a non-smoking room? It would be no problem to get a note from his doctor, just wondering if I should bring one.

If it's no problem getting a note from the doctor, I would, just to be safe. ~~
