I am buying FL resident 3 day play passes and will be picking up at Will Call. Is this just a ticket booth?

I am hoping that by purchasing them online I will be saving time...but how do we get into the park using them? In other words...do we have to stand in the ticket line...or is there a way to print out on my computer....Sea World and Universal does it that way..but I don't see an option for that on Disney's site.

Thanks :wave2:

The way that Disney's tickets are I can't imagine you'd be able to print them out online. Will Call might either be one of the ticket windows or it might be at Guest Relations.

I just bought tickets online through the Disney website and picked the Will Call option. Depending on the dates that you are arriving, there are different options, I believe for a small fee you can have the mailed to your house. If you would like tickets in your hands before you leave, this will be the way to go.

Since I picked the Will Call option (no charge) I got sent an email with a certificate that you have to print out. Unfortunately, my certificate wouldn't print (an error on my end) and I called the phone number listed. They said it is fine to pick up your tickets as long as you have your confirmation number. Then yes, I believe you do go and wait in line somewhere and pick up your tickets your first day before you enter any parks. There is a Will Call window at any of the parks. I hope this helps!!! :wizard:

When you arrive at the MK and before you go through security and the turnstiles head for the building to the right. There are several windows for customer service located at this building. This is where you pick up will calls. I believe that the ticket windows for MK are at the TTC but you do not need to go there.

I recently used the will call option when I purchased a 10-day pass online before leaving home. When I got to Disney World, the first park I went to was MGM, once I got to the park, I went to the Guest Services window just outside the park, and turned in the certificate that was sent to me via email. There was no line, and I had my ticket within minutes. It was a very simple process, and I would do it again.

Yep, just show up with your confirmation number at the least. They should be able to pull it up via name, assuming you typed everything in correctly off your driver's licence, but it is so much easier via Confirmation Number.

If you can print the sheet out with the bar code, that makes it slightly faster, otherwise the CM has to type in the code manually.
