I am now back from Disney and have my photopass card. I have looked at my pictures but I am now unsure what to do next.

Would it be better to order the CD or just order a few pics and not worry about adding text or borders.

I only had about 39 pictures taken but with added borders and text I had 60 pictures. Would it be still worth it to pay 125 for the CD.

Also can I upload my pictures from my Digital Camera and add them to my photopass account and then have them added to my CD as well, does this cost more or would it still be 125? Can I still pre order the CD?

Do I have to do all my editing before I order the CD, Ie red eye, cropping or can that be done before I order the prints I want separatly.

When I order the CD I only have access to the pictures right not every picture I want to print is prepaid for? As you can see I'm a little confused on the whole photo pass. I should have gotten more pictures taken but I didn't always see them around or have the time to wait in line.

That's all I can think of now but I may have more questions later

Thanks, you guys are always so helpful

When you order the CD, you will get all of the PhotoPass pics in your account - including the original, unaltered versions plus the copies you make with borders and graphics added. But the CD will not include any of your own pics you upload to your account.

Any pics that you want to add borders and graphics to should be done before you order the CD, then the altered versions will be included on the CD and you can print them anywhere you want.

When you buy the CD, you have the digital files of all your pics. The CD does not include any prints. But the whole purpose behind getting the CD is that you have the full-size digital files and can then print them however you want - at home, on Shutterfly, at WalMart, or wherever you get your digital pics printed.

maybe you should count out how many photos you actually think you would print and see if the price will justify the CD or not. If you really only like 5 or so pics, then you might want to add the borders to those and just print them. If it is more then what the CD would cost, then getting the CD might be worth it. Especially if the pics are something you did not get on your own camera.

I will take a look and see how many pictures I don't have with my camera and see what the cost would be.

I have until june 5th until they expire so I don't have much time.

Do you have to crop/ fix red eye before you order the CD or can that be down before you have them printed?

Thanks for your help:goodvibes

When you buy the CD, the pics on it are digital pics direct from the digital camera that the PhotoPass photographers use. You can do anything to them that you can do to your own digital pics - crop, resize, fix red-eye, copy pieces out to paste into another background, use special effects filters, etc. All you have to do is copy the files off the CD onto your computer, and you can use any photo editing software you have to do anything you want to them.

That's exactly what I wanted to hear.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to order the CD. I only wish I had gotten them to take more pictures!! Oh well, next time. Also next time I'm going to pre order the CD too.

thanks everyone for all your help.:goodvibes
