Question about paying with the DDP

When you go to a CS and TS how does it work? Do they automatically ask you if you are on the plan or do you tell them?

Sometimes they ask... But if they don't, we just let them know and the cm's have always been extremely nice and helpful. It's never been a problem and you have nothing to worry about.
