Question about Passholder Water Parks Ticket Special Offer

Now through October 1, 2017, [passholders] can get a specially priced 1-Day Water Park ticket to Disney's Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon for just $45 plus tax—available for you and up to 3 Guests!

You can purchase these tickets through Guest Relations or at a vacation planning booth located within the ticketing area of each water park. Ticket can be used for same-day admission to both water parks.​

Does this mean that a passholder can buy up to four tickets for $45 each, or one ticket for $45 that allows four people entry?

It's most likely $45 for each ticket. I'd be shocked if it is $45 total for four people.

We have a family of 8, all with APs. I assume we will all able to get a ticket or at least 4 on my AP and 4 on DH's?

Also, would we be able to use the passes after our APs expire, as long as we buy them before?

It seems that you can buy these tickets until October 1st but when do they expire? My trip is Sept 29 - Oct 17. I would use the tickets after Oct 1.
