We are staying two nights @ RPH and then staying at a condo. My question is this - on the day we check out of RPH, if I leave to check into our condo, can I park at the hotel when I come back to spend the day at US/IOA?

no, when you check out on the last day, no free parking. on the day you leave and if you return, you would be considered a day guest and the rate for parking at the hotel is very high for that. much cheaper to park in the garage then.
your hotel key is valid for fotl on check out day though.
that's one good perk you can look forward to.

Would they let you leave your car at the hotel on check out day, assuming you don't move it, put luggage in their storage room, go to the parks for the day and check into the condo later? Does this incur another day of parking fee?

I don't know but that's what I was thinking of doing. If I do this, I will have to call the condo management company to find out how I check in after hours.
My brother always leaves his car valet parking there on the day of checkout and returns around 5pm to drive home and nothing is said. Next month I will be doing the same since is a 2 day trip this time. Normally we leave Sunday mornings to drive back but we will leave Sunday late afternoon.

I would think they have to have some set up for people with later arriving flights. Not everyone can check in at 3, esp. those flying in from the west coast.
good luck!

it is once you leave, your hotel key is not valid for returning to park at the hotel unless you are staying that night again.
pack the car, leave it in the hotel lot, go to the park.
when the park closes, leave then.
if you have an issue at the gate with the attendant, tell them you checked out earlier that day and just not leaving as you hung around for one last time.
On the day of our checkout I went to Double Tree hotel to rent a car. And I had no problem with parking when I returned to Royal Pacific. Even though we had checked out. The lady at the gates were very understanding. We then returned in the afternoon and picked up the bags and the car.
I love Royal Pacific it´s the nicest hotel I have stayed at. The poolarea and gardens is awsome!
