My dh and dd(10)did it tandem....my dh had done it years ago and loved it, but having someone to share it with made it even better (so he says). They did it on Castaway Cay...$70 pp. They both enjoyed it so much, they didn't mind the cost. And yes, they'd do it again.
My hubby did it for the first time last weekend, and he LOVED it! He would definitely do it again. He thought the price was a bit much for three minutes in the air, but he still felt it was worth it as it was such a fun and unique way to see Castaway Cay. You don't even get wet...you take off and land right on the little boat.

I'm not sure, but would guess there is a weight/age restriction....give the 800 # a call. I do know that if you go tandem, you still pay $70 per person. However, as I mentioned before, my dh said it was much more fun to share the ride, talk to my dd and point out things, and share the excitement. He said he never wants to go alone again!
We booked before we sailed so we could choose the time to go....oh, and keep an eye on your watch so you aren't late! My dd and dh were snorkeling before their alloted time to parasail, and I couldn't find them to get them there early....we had to run, when I did get their attention.
