Question for those of you who have preordered their food on the Song website. Do they charge you at the time you place your order or on the day of your flight?

I would suggest making that toll free call and asking them.

No they do not charge your card when you pre-order. It's just like when you reserve a car or hotel. The credit card is used to keep the reservation. Your card will be charged after your flight, or you can choose to pay by cash or other card.

Oh, and one more thing...you will not be charged if for some reason you miss the flight or refuse the product.
