Question about NYE?

If you have PS for dinner at a resturant in the park, can you get back in later in the day if the parks are closed.? Also I guess a related question, do the parks usually close on NYE?

Thanks for all your help, I am in charge of planning NYE for a group of 15 and am looking at all of my options and restrictions.

NYE is generally one of the busiest days of the year at the WDW parks. Just because you have a PS for a restaurant will not guarantee your re-entry if you leave the park, or show up late in the day. Your best bet is to get there early, and plan on spending the entire day as they have, and do, close the parks due to reaching maximum capacity.
