Question about Monorail starting times

Do the monorails run on the same schedule all the time?
I am really wondering what time the Epcot monorail starts running, as I have a Segway tour booked, and they say to be at Epcot by 8:15am...
I am wondering if the monorail runs to there that early, or if I will need to take a taxi. (the cm on the phone suggested a taxi)

Monorails run from 7 am till 11 pm nightly, or one hour after closing time.

The Resort Monorail will run from 7:00am until 11:00pm, or one hour after the MK or Epcot closes, whichever is later.

The Express Monorail will run from 8:45am to one hour after the MK closes.

The Epcot Monorail will run from one hour prior to park opening, until 10:30pm (1am for EMH), or one hour after the MK closes.

The Epcot monorail begins running at 7:30a, the resort monorail starts running at 7:00a, and the express monorail starts about 15-30 minutes before the Magic Kingdom's opening time.
