Can you just show up at the parks and win? If not, what do you have to do to win or be in the running to win? I tried to read the sticky on this subject but I got confused.

Thanks,

Ashley

I can't believe you haven't gotten a response yet from a more-experienced Dis'er than I, but yes, from what I understand, most "dreams" are "fulfilled" in the park to park attendees -- just for being there: i.e. dream FP, night in the Castle, etc. You are either "spotted" or the "winner" is predetermined based on being in the "blue elephant on Dumbo at 10:20a.m." (that is just a made-up example but it is similar to the circumstances that someone reported in her "dream report".) There might be some aspects that you have to pre-register for - I don't know the specifics of that. But for me, a night in the castle, would be just fine!

Happy "dreaming"....

We just returned from Disney, and won 3 "dreams" -- and didn't even know it was going on - LOL! There's nothing to register for, as far as I know. It's supposed to be spontaneous and surprising!

When we went to DL last month, I did'nt even know that there was a promotion of such a name. My daughter eventually won the big prize that day. She was just coming out of the Pinnochio ride and bam! the Dream Squad came after her. Everything was random. The prize was handed down at 9AM, understandably, because after that suddenly, the family had an itenerary for the whole day. 12 Noon, meet Mickey Mouse, 3PM check in at Mickey Mouse Penthouse in DL Hotel, 4:30 pm dinner at Blue Bayou, 6 pm get ready for the parade, 6:20 parade, go back to Penthouse at 7pm to enjoy the place, 9:30 pm watch the fireworks in the penthouse, 10:30 pm vip seating at the Fantasmic show. We were only able to use 2 of the Dream Fastpasses for lack of time. We had the grandest time though.
There is no formula in winning the million dreams. You should just be in the right place at the right time.
