Question about making ADRs

I am needing to make our ADRs very soon. I"m a little bit behind and the 180 day mark passed about 2-3 weeks ago. I'm looking at times and which park we'll be in at that time, but my question is this. What time do the restaurants officially start serving dinner?

Most are somewhere around 4pm. You can see what other DISers say, but I believe this is a general idea. Also, I would jump on the horn ASAP because I called at the 178 day mark (forgot to at 180), and LeCellier and LTT were already booked. Good Luck!

It really does depend on the restaurant. Obviously, the ones that don't serve lunch have a definite time. But the ones that do serve lunch have a time to change over to the dinner menu but there are still guests in there having lunch.

To me, it is sometimes less confusing if you make your dining reservations first and then plan your parks around the restaurant locations. That way you get the restaurants you want at the times you want. Of course if you did not purchase the park hopper tickets, then you would need to plan your parks first. In that case, start making your park decisions early so that you can research the restaurants in time to meet the 180 day mark. I am not sure when dinner is served. I would imagine 4:30-5:00 would be the start time. Hope this helps.
