Question about linking accounts and PPO reservation

Hello! We are headed down in the spring for a three family trip. We booked a BOG PPO breakfast for 8 people through my father's account and linked it to my account and my sister in laws. My question is, for our husbands and my two kids it says on my fathers account that he makes plans for them, even though their hotel, ticket etc. is in me and my sister in laws accounts.

I figure it doesn't usually matter but I just wanted to make sure that for PPO entry that it doesn't matter as long as the names and number of people match up. Thank you!!!

They’ll just count the people. You could take a completely different set of people with you. Then number of people is how many they let in.
