Question about Lightning Lane

I’ve looked for the answer, but can’t see to find it.
If I’m visiting AK in the morning and want to purchase an individual lightning Lane for Avatar, will I be able to purchase the multiple Lightning Lanes for Epcot for later that day? I’m wanting Frozen for my tier 1 choice. Can I purchase all this 7 days out ( I’m staying at a Disney resort) ? If I can’t, I’m afraid I won’t be able to get a Frozen Lightning Lanes since I’m going at a crowded time.
