question about haunted mansion: tombstone mystery set

I was gifted a box today and opened it to find one normal looking pin and one (I think) unfinished pin. I've added a photo to best explain what I mean. Does anyone have any idea what's up with the bottom pin? It has no color in it, but the back of the box show it in color. Could this just be a bad pin that got through QA, however it does have the skeleton arm attached to it, I guessed it would've been colored prior to assembly....?

Looks to me like you got the chaser. If you look on pinpics its pin #79417. The chasers to the Haunted Mansion Tombstone Mystery Set look like they are all gold with no color in them.
