I and many others don't think it's as good as the previous location. It's too close and there are certain areas in the viewing area that have a blind spot when viewing the higher fireworks.
It will continue. AFAIK, there are no plans to do something else. However, the last two years SWaGS was suspended after the first week of Nov until the middle of Dec. That doesn't necessarily mean that it will be done again this year, but if I had to guess, it will be.The show time changes throughout the year, drives me crazy.
It's all over the place. SWaGS took place 60 minutes before close for a while and it took place 15 minutes after closing time for a while. Right now it's a closing time.
