Question about FP and party nights

I purchases my tickets online and assigned them to the phantoms in my MDE just like you did. At 60 days I was able to book fast passes for regular tickets but not my phantoms. I tried toggling and all kinds of things but could not get it to work. It would say the phantom didn't have a ticket but the ticket still showed up in the MDE, it just wasn't available for the fast pass selection at that point. Since my phantoms were not actually on my room reservation they automatically opened up at the 30 day mark. From what I read, in the past you were able to book at 60 days using the umbrella method (the way we have it set up) but some reason this year it would not work for a lot of people.

I tried reassigning my MNSSHP tickets to phantom names but it wouldn't allow me to make fast passes because it said we already had them, which we do with our regular park tickets.

I know reassigning tickets has its own issues but I don't have any experience with that. I purchased them and immediately added them to phantoms so they were never linked to the same people that had regular tickets. Sorry it didn't work out for you.

Could be that there was a glitch (no surprise) in the MDE system for this to have happened.

Even guests who are staying OFF SITE can make FP+ reservations at 60 days out, as long as they
are connected to YOUR MDE.

I did the exact same thing and it sounds like I'm having the same issue. I will try again to book FP at 30 days out. Did you find decent availability at that time? 7DMT, BTM, and meet and greets? Thanks!

The was no 7DMT left. I wasn't looking for meet and greets so I don't remember what that looked like. I got Haunted Mansion and Space Mountain. I wasn't too worried about a third one.
