Question About Extra Adult Charges in a Room

Hey Guys,
Just had a quick question...I just got off the phone wiht my sister in Denver and she has some vacation to use up and she is taking it Oct4-8! She is coming to Disney with us if she can get a decent airfare out of Denver! I have a split resort stay between CBR and AKL and I was wondering if I just tell the front desk I have an extra adult or if I need to call CRO? We won't know until tomorrow if she can go, but will I be ok adding another person when we get there? She will be joining us our last day at CBR and be with us our full stay at AKL! Does anyone know what the additional adult rate charge is as well for moderate and deluxe? I'm so excited and hope she can join us Ok now I have to go to work

Not sure of the price but DM joined us one year for a few days and we just added her on when she got to the resort. CRO actually suggested we do it this way since she wasnt staying the entire trip.

In all honesty I would wait until you arrive...CRO can mess up the names quicker then anything else, when you check-in tell them your sister has decided to join you at the last minute...They may not even charge for the additional adult.

additional adult deluxe $25.00 per night
moderate $15.00 per night.

This has happened to me on my past 3 "girls only" trips when a friend decides at the last minute to join us. CRO has told me to just let them know when you check in. I have only been charged once for the extra person. The deluxe resorts do charge $25 and the mods charge $15

I am sure you can tell them when you check in as we did this at AKL in January. My ressie was for 2, but parents decided to tag along.

As long as you don't exceed the quota of 4 per room, you can add the extra adult at $25/per night (plus tax) at a deluxe resort. I would also just do it at check-in; no point spending anything extra on long distance.
