Question about Disney Visa rewards card

Is there a minimum amount of points you need before you can get it? Tried calling to get ours today, and there wasn't even an option (on the phone) to having it sent. I only have 16 credits, I thought maybe that was why?

i believe it's 20.

You need 20 for the first transfer. You can visit chase.com and register your account online and manage your rewards money there.
