Question about DDP "appetizers"

It says for TS it includes an appetizer and an entree. Does a salad or soup count as an appetizer? I'm looking at all the menus right now and they all say:
Appetizers
blah, blah blah

Soups & Salads
blah blah blha

Entrees
blahb lahb albh

So, does a salad that's not an entree salad count as an appetizer?

Yes, but by the looks of it blah, blah, blah counts as both an appetiser and an Entree.
